ByteNova Shipping & Delivery Policy (UAE Only)

1. Order Processing

Every ByteNova system is custom-built and thoroughly tested before delivery.
Processing begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing Time

  • All PC Builds: 7–14 days

  • Components / Accessories (if applicable): 2–5 days

This timeframe includes assembly, stress testing, quality checks, and packaging.

2. Delivery Within the UAE

ByteNova delivers exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Time

Once your order has completed the build and testing phase:

  • UAE Delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery time is in addition to the 7–14 day build time.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will appear at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Emirate

  • Package size / weight

  • Type of build

Some high-value systems may include free delivery promotions when available.

4. Packaging & Protection

To ensure your system arrives safely, all ByteNova PCs are packaged with:

  • Internal foam inserts to secure the GPU and motherboard

  • Shock-absorbing materials

  • Double-layer external packing

  • Fragile and orientation labeling

We take every measure to guarantee safe UAE delivery.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Once dispatched:

  • You will receive a confirmation message

  • Courier tracking details (SMS or email) will be provided

  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to activate

6. Delivery Damage

If your system arrives damaged:

  1. Do not power on the PC

  2. Record a video of the unboxing

  3. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging

  4. Contact ByteNova within 24-48 hours

We will arrange inspection and provide repair or replacement depending on the case.

7. Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Repeated missed attempts

  • Inaccessible location

→ Re-delivery fees may apply.

8. No International or GCC Shipping, for now.

ByteNova does not ship outside the UAE.
All orders must be delivered to a UAE address.
