Welcome to ByteNova, a UAE-based provider of custom-built PCs, components, and related services.
By placing an order, browsing the website, or interacting with ByteNova services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please review these terms carefully. By using ByteNova’s website or purchasing a product, you accept these terms in full.


1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • The ByteNova website (www.bytenova-ae.com)

  • ByteNova online store and ordering system

  • The purchase, delivery, and use of ByteNova PCs and products

By using our services, you acknowledge that you are 18 years or older, living in the United Arab Emirates, and legally able to enter into binding agreements.


2. Products & Services

ByteNova specializes in handcrafted, custom-built PCs designed upon customer request.

2.1 Custom Build Orders

All PC builds are assembled only after the order is placed. Because each system is made-to-order:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after assembly begins

  • Orders cannot be refunded unless covered under DOA or warranty conditions

  • Specifications shared at purchase are final unless upgrades are mutually agreed upon before assembly

2.2 Components & Accessories

Availability of individual parts may vary. ByteNova may replace a component with an equal or superior model if an exact part is unavailable — but only after notifying the customer.


3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Prices

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3.2 Payments

Full payment is required to begin processing your order.
Accepted payments include:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Bank transfer

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)

No cash-on-delivery is available for custom PC builds.


4. Order Processing

4.1 Build Time

Custom PCs require 7–14 days for assembly, configuration, and stress testing.

4.2 Communication

Customers will receive updates regarding:

  • Build progress

  • Testing completion

  • Shipping and delivery scheduling

If additional information or confirmation is needed, ByteNova may contact you via email or Instagram DM.


5. Shipping & Delivery (UAE Only)

ByteNova delivers exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

5.1 Delivery Time

After build completion:

  • UAE Delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery time is in addition to the 7–14 day processing/build time.

5.2 Delivery Requirements

Customers must provide accurate contact and address details.
Re-delivery fees may apply in the event of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Incomplete contact details

6. Warranty

ByteNova PCs include:

  • Manufacturer warranty on all components (1–5 years depending on brand)

  • 1-Year ByteNova Assembly Warranty covering workmanship, improper installation, and build-related defects

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Overclocking, BIOS modifications, or third-party tuning

  • Liquid damage

  • Software issues, viruses, OS corruption

  • User tampering or unauthorized repairs

7. Returns, Refunds & DOA

7.1 No Returns for Custom Builds

Since all PCs are custom-built, ByteNova does not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Performance expectations

  • Incorrect purchase by customer

7.2 DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Customers must report DOA products within 48 hours, providing:

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Serial numbers and packaging details

Eligible DOA claims will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

7.3 Damaged Delivery

If your package is damaged upon arrival:

  • Record photos and videos immediately

  • Do not power on the PC

  • Contact ByteNova within 24 hours

8. Liability Limitations

ByteNova is not responsible for:

  • Data loss resulting from hardware failure or user action

  • Software corruption, malware, or third-party modifications

  • Performance issues caused by incorrect user settings, drivers, or internet connection

  • Damage from improper power supply, unstable electricity, or non-certified peripherals

Under no circumstance shall ByteNova be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of income, lost gaming progress, business interruptions, etc.).


9. System Modifications

Any internal modification after delivery voids the ByteNova assembly warranty, including:

  • Removing or reinstalling CPU coolers or GPUs

  • Applying new thermal paste or pads

  • Rebuilding or rewiring the system

  • Overclocking or BIOS flashing

ByteNova offers paid upgrade services to maintain warranty validity.


10. Software & OS

ByteNova installs a clean, activated copy of Windows unless otherwise stated.

Software warranty does not include:

  • Corrupted OS

  • Driver conflicts

  • User-installed programs

  • Malware infections

Paid software support is available upon request.


11. Privacy Policy

ByteNova respects your data.
Personal information is used strictly for:

  • Order processing

  • Customer support

  • Delivery coordination

Your data is never sold to third parties.

12. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once assembly begins.
Orders awaiting parts may be canceled only if no components have been installed or opened.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the UAE legal system.
